Founder Pernilla Karlsson has years of experience as a social entrepreneur. She holds a Bachelor of Arts (major: Gender Studies) and is a certified project manager of the IHM Business School.

Jenny Claesson has worked for Add Gender as an account exec since 2009. She has a Degree of BA in Humanities with major in Gender Studies and political science.
